They ask why you want to work at ZARA, what your hobbies are, how much you know about the origin/history of the company (inditex, europe, etc.), where you see yourself in 5 years career-wise, where fa… They ask questions based on your resume and past jobs. they also ask why do you want to work at zara....

Pretty easy. Applied online got a call back and a follow up from a recruiter. Very timely. The questions were pretty broad about general retail understanding. They were quick to tell me whats next and what to expect.

Applied and contacted by regional recruiter and interviewed via webcam. Next step was interview with regional HR manager and regional merchandising manager. They then completed reference checks. Offered two weeks later.
