applied online on inditex website. got a call 2 days later to arrange a group interview the following week. The interview was at a hotel, where we had the interview in a meeting room and sat around a table in a U shape. We were questioned alot on our knowledge of zara so its really important you know your facts and you answer as much as you can. We then had to do some activity were we draw an animal to represent ourselves so try and do something unique bcos people tend to go for the obvious eg dog, its loyal can be trained blah blah. After that we were split into small groups where we were given a scenerio and asked how we would solve it which was pretty straight forward. Then at the end we had to give our availability and were told that if we got an email it meant rejection and a phone call meant you got the job!
btw nothing to be scared of, i thought it would be really intimidating considering how successful the company is but it was really relaxed and quite fun!
