There was a phone interview with the manager and designer who I would be reporting to. Then in person, several rounds of interviews with the entire design team, followed by a whiteboard exercise.

The overall interview experience was enjoyable, with insightful questions and valuable input. However, they tend to go silent afterward, even if you follow up, leaving the process without a clear closure.

El proceso de entrevistas es difícil y cansado. Después de aprox 7 horas de entrevistas, dos presentación de proyectos (una con el hiring manager y otra con el equipo) solo recibí un mail para avisarme que decidieron continuar con otros candidatos.
