Interview with 4 managers, difficult, thought provoking questions. Interviewed once, didn't get the job. Second time, months later, got the job. Second time, came more prepared with numerical data and solid responses.

Interviewing with the “Recruiter” was completely contradictory to the interview with managers. The managers could not fully explain the day to day aspects of the job. Answered all questions accordingly however received an generic rejection email. Then when asked for additional feedback from the interview, I was told by the “recruiter” there was nothing he had on file and he would have to circle back. Still has not provided me with any information or feedback. I think I’m this day in age employers should be respectful of applicants. Tell them why so they may grow and be better. Don’t just ghost them because there is no constructive feedback.
