I was referred by a friend so the HR person called me. She talked to me for a few minutes and asked me some questions, just about what kind of sales experience I had. About a day or 2 later a manager called me and set up a time for me to come in. The interview was pretty good, asked me about my sales experience and told me how things worked with the leads, took a tour, sat with an employee for a while to get a feel for the job. Another manager met with me and asked pretty good questions laid out the pay plan. I failed the test the first time so one of the managers called me and gave me a pep talk to keep me studying harder. The first time I didn't take the test very seriously. The second time I took the test, I passed and started at Mortgage Lender about 3 days later.

I applied online and was called by the recruiter the next day. They offered an in person interview the within a couple of days. After that, I did not hear anything for almost three weeks. They said it was so long due to vacations. I was finally called by the hiring manager. The interview with him was nothing but him bragging about how much money he makes. He did mention that they allow employees to drink alcohol at their desks after 4:00. I find this completely unprofessional and will not work for or due business with this company. Did not hear anything again for three weeks.
