Other participants presented strong arguments about productivity and employee well-being under a 4-day structure, which helped me see different perspectives on workplace culture. The discussion was competitive, with candidates from various backgrounds—some with prior sales experience and others holding MBA degrees, which made it a great learning experience. Although I didn’t clear the GD round, it helped me understand the level of communication skills and structured thinking expected in such roles.
