Entrevista
Interview process was very smooth with great communication throughout. Consisted of an initial screening with the recruiter from ZoomInfo, followed up by an interview with the direct manager and a interview with their manager. The two interviews with managers consisted of 30 minutes to an hour of questions as well as time for follow up questions. Very natural interview with questions mostly around your past experience and how that will translate to ZoomInfo.

Entrevista
I went through the initial recruiter screen, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and a second team member. After that, I heard nothing—no updates, no response to my follow-up email, just complete silence.
Being ghosted in the middle of a difficult job search is incredibly discouraging. If there was no intention to move forward, I would have preferred not to be contacted at all. Candidates deserve better communication and respect throughout the process

Entrevista
My candidacy process was truly enjoyable, productive and timely. Special thanks to the Erin Bergin, the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist who I would consider to be a GEM of a recruiter. I was considered and qualified for two different positions, which Erin tremendously helped navigate and advocate for me. She was crucial in aligning me with the perfect appropriate role on the Customer Success Team for MarketingOS. Erin works quick! She was extremely responsive with emails, phone calls and we’d joke that we had a standing biweekly 1x1. Her friendly personality also demonstrated the great culture of ZoomInfo as I’d feel extremely lucky to have fellow colleagues like her.
