They have a panel interview process, which takes an extreme amount of time and effort to navigate. Unfortunately, the process is extremely opaque and feedback is very limited. Additionally, it is apparent both from the process as well as multiple reviews here from current/past employees that senior management and the CEO are of the micro-managing variety.
