The interview went pretty well. I applied online, after few days I got a call and we did a short phone interview. After that I was called to go in their offices and to do additional interview. Everything was done professionally and the interview questions were mixed, both for my experience and some tasks and riddles. It was ok and I think I did great

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 10 days. I was interviewed at empowr (San Diego, CA) in beginning of 2015. They asked me questions about my past workplaces. Also, they asked me how would I behave in certain situations, which I handled great and gave them relevant answers. All questions were pleasant, there wasn't something unexpected. I was after that called for an on-site interview. I liked their attitude and how they have accepted me. After that we talked about what do I expect from them and they told me what they expect from me. So, they send me an offers soon and I accepted it.
