I had 2 stages (phone , and face 2 face via zoom) our of 4 or 5 stages.
if you pass it you have home assingment , meeting about the home assignment and another meeting with the owner i think following all of that if you pass you`ll get a contract.

the phone is a regular standard interview.
the face 2 face they tell you about the company, the position, what they want. they continue by asking you to describe your expereince, why do you want to leave your current place, there was some analytcal/thinking problem.
notice the face 2 face interview is around 1-1.5 hours...

Entrevista
Joined the company during growth, without an HRM team (company was small). Overall a very postive impression. Position was an entry level one so the level of the interview was average.
