Begins with a presentation by the company director, a pleasant and good looking woman, talking about the company, the environment, the projects. Then some psychometric tests, focused on logic and text interpretation. The third part was a programming test, with the possibility to choose the desired language, without internet connection and without accessible documentation. The company has a great offices, relaxed atmosphere, nice people. Some days after the psychometric tests I was called again to do an interview with two engineers from the company. Very nice people, very kind and relaxed. They did some technical questions, asked me about my leisure time activities and talked about the company's projects.

Quite extensive (3 distinct phases), it's an acessible interview process and overall well performed. This is exactly what you can expect on a junior/intern interview. For the tecnical exercise you can use the language you feel most confortable.
