First step was a 10 question/scenario sheet that asked how I would respond to a wide range of client emails. I was then invited to a "text interview" that asked a couple more general questions to get a better idea of why I was looking to join the iVET360 team. This was a first for me, but I really like how it gives you an opportunity to think about your answers without the pressure of having your interviewer in front of you. I was then invited to an in person interview about a week later. The in person interview was organized into four phases: 1) Met with my direct line manager (HR & Training Managing Director) 2) Office tour and was able to meet some of the office dogs!!!! 3) Met with the HR and Training Manager who would be leading my training 4) I met with the rest of the Managing Directors About a week later I received an offer!
