- Bad communication from the Monday team
- The SE team that interviewed was inexperienced, and seemed to ask more questions based on knowlege of their platform, than to test the ability of the applicant.
The Monday platform is simplistic to use, but very wide and deep in function. The task required was very deep and involved, requiring hours of work and configuration, as you are given a blank canvas and told NOT to use templates.
Instead they should ask you to demo a technology that the applicant already knows. The goal is to gauge the ability to present and demo..... not how much we master the Monday platform BEFORE gettting paid to do so.
- GHOSTING: You will be ghosted by Monday. And minimal feedback.
Overall - they are looking for demo-monkeys, not full fledged Sales Engineers.

How do you work with reps? Can you travel? How would you handle this, or that? No imaginative questions, never something to start a conversation, ever.
