I had the pleasure to talk with multiple like-minded interviewers (a really good sign) in the marketing department and eventually talked to the CEO himself. nWay values people who are willing to take multiple shots while being responsible for their actions. If you are up for the challenge and willing to contribute many different ideas to the table, nWay will be the best place for your professional career in the gaming space! nWay is serious about letting the team take breaks when they need to, so there were a few interviewers who took a few days off throughout my interview process. This ultimately delayed the communications but it is a good sign that teams are taking the breaks they need.
