Valerie, the Director of Recruiting has been a pleasure to work with throughout the process of interviews. She clearly explained what would go down for different stages of the interviews. I had the pleasure to talk with multiple like-minded interviewers (a really good sign) in the marketing department and eventually talked to the CEO himself. nWay values people who are willing to take multiple shots while being responsible for their actions. If you are up for the challenge and willing to contribute many different ideas to the table, nWay will be the best place for your professional career in the gaming space! nWay is serious about letting the team take breaks when they need to, so there were a few interviewers who took a few days off throughout my interview process. This ultimately delayed the communications but it is a good sign that teams are taking the breaks they need.

- What are your experiences in the web3 industry? - How would you handle crisis and communications? For example, if xyz happened, what are your first reactions? - We recently launched xyz, how did you think we did, and what are some improvements you think would work well in our next campaign? Walk me through your thought process
Met with different disciplines and enjoyed speaking with each interviewer. Approx 5 different interviews with HR, team leadership personnel and potential coworkers. Each interview was 30 or so minutes long and were mostly 1-1 interviews. Process took several weeks to complete.

Entrevista
The process moves fast, I usually hear feedback 2-3 days after the interviews. I talked to the QA lead and two Sr. QA Analyst. They asked about my experience and bugs I have worked on. I also talked to the Director of Recruiting Valerie. She helped me with the process and ensured the good interview experience.
