Whats your background and knowledge with using PMI's PM knowledge areas, processes and principles?
What is your experience working with end users? What stakeholders did you manage?
Talk about a time when you have been a self-starter. How do you gain stakeholder buy-in? How have you implemented a new process and what were the challenges you faced? If you were to have a ted talk what would be the topic of your talk and why. How do you think you can contribute to the culture/employee resource groups at Dell? What areas are you looking to improve on (a cheeky way to ask about your weaknesses). Tell me about something in your professional or personal life that you are proud of. Why Dell? Why this role?
