Some of the interviewers are very inexperienced - beware of this..... Also, you won't get a face ot face I had three phone interviews and one Skype interview. The Skype interviewer did not know how to sign on to a Skype conference call lync so I did the entire interview on my phone screen. I didn't really care since at my current job we are rarely in the same room together for meetings. But I thought it was odd since LEGO set up the call.

Very fun and down to earth. The Recruiter was very welcoming and make the whole process so casual but still asking a lot of relevant questions. It is more towards getting to know the personality as hardskills is already more or less stated in the Resume.
