Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. Fui entrevistado pela thyssenkrupp (Atlanta, GA) em jan. de 2013
Entrevista
5 interviews, very standard process. The last interview consisted of a presentation of a product and then a role play with 2 branch managers and the VP of sales. Started with a face to face on campus then went to Atlanta for a few interviews.

Entrevista
It was star base questions which is situation ,task, action, and results metric .The building was confusing to find at first there was no company signs on the building until i called and come to find out it was a shared facility . I signed into the front desk area I then waited a good 15 mins after my initial apt time the secretary said they were running late. I was then interviewed by two account managers in a conference room. The interview lasted about a good hr or so. What seem to be a promising experience turned out a leading false hope of a new career path after all . I ask the manager how long would I wait to hear back from them they said 2-3 weeks I waited and during that waiting period I received an email stating that I was no longer a chosen candidate and they have proceeded with others I then emailed so that I can get clarity as to why I was not chosen so that I can better improve myself . I immediately receive a phone call starting that it was a glitch on their company system and that I'm still in the running so my hopes were up again . 3 weeks had actually gone by no phone call or email So,I decided to take it into my own hands and emailed the hiring recruiter she said I was still in the running and that they should give me answer in a couple of days.I then had received a following phone call from the Manager that interviewed me promising me the same thing. Well, another 4 days had gone by and nothing. It was very disappointing to me and unprofessional for them not to at least tell me if I had made it or not .
