2 stage interview with HR and senior management. First applied through an agency and was contacted fairly soon. They send my CV to the company and got feedback very quickly. After a short telephone interview, a face to face interview was arranged within days time. The interview was a typical one, focusing on the STAR system of answers. Very well organised with spot on questions. Easy to succeed as well.
