In the first interview I had to pass two questionnaires: an intelligence test, a psychometric test and a personality test. It seemed too much for a first interview but this was the first selection cut.

Interviewer was unprepared. Interviewer didn’t even know the interview was scheduled. The questions felt rushed and unprepared. Interview turned into a venting session. Mentioned some of the issues within the workplace
