Standard questions. Very straight forward. Provided the companies history, was transparent about the position, and provided an outline on how the phone interview/call would flow. I interviewed with an HR intern, and honestly this phone interview was very pleasant. It was calm and I felt happy with the experience even if I don’t move forward. I felt valued as a candidate, so kudos to HR.
