I have attended a senior qa role interview through them for one of the gcc client speakup.
There were 3 rounds of interview.
1. VP of engineering round for 1 hr
2. Technical interview round for 2 hrs
There were 2 interviewers with around 4 years of experience taking interview of 7.5 years of experience guy.
First they have given me test scenarios to implement through cypress.
I have designed a ready to use automation framework with in 1.5 hrs with network interception.
Annoying even though I was designing or implementing the automation framework they still asked me that have you designed any automation framework from scratch.
They they had asked some questions related to my work experience and other automation tools.
3. HR round it lasted for around 30 minutes
He asked me about salary expectations and their budget.
They started ghosting me even after multiple follow up they remained silent.
Please do not take up interview with upgrad being as hr partner for any interview..
They have wasted my almost 3.5 hrs efforts and time without giving any outcome or any feedback.
On the other speakup handle policy and compliance for other companies what hiring compliance these people are following.
