The process included a portfolio review, design exercise, and final presentation. After completing several rounds and a time-intensive challenge, I didn’t receive any update even after a follow-up. I understand priorities shift, especially for internship roles, but I think basic communication would have gone a long way. I appreciated the experience, but candidates deserve closure.
