There were multiple rounds in the Interview Process that made sure I spoke with multiple departments in the Validation Cloud. The HR, Team Lead, Team Employees, VP of Engineering and some of the C-Executives. Everybody was very friendly and gave their best to make sure the conversations were held in a casual manner, so that I could feel as relaxed as possible. There was also a home assignment that took me 5 days to complete. The home assignment itself wasn't that complicated and everything was clear from the description written in an email, but I dedicated a significant amount of time to set up the base of the project. Like creating the project structure, package organization, common packages, properly written domain types and domain functionalities and a little bit of instrumentation. The home assignment was followed up with a home assignment review with the VP of Engineering and two future team members. The review was very pleasant since it felt like a discussion about the things I did and why I did them the certain way. Even when I didn't know one particular thing, the team member was very helpful to elaborate his solution and we moved on. Also, everyone made sure to dedicated a time to answer some of the questions that I have. This made me feel appreciated since it is really valuable to meet multiple people in the company and pose questions to different departments this early in the process and.
