Was asked several questions about experience in VMWare operations. The environment I had just come from was easily 5 times the size of the environment I was applying for. The the tricky VMtest questions some questions were trivia, that no one really cares about. Seemed to carry more weight than actual experience. Thought that seemed a bit strange. I guess the Lead doing the Interview was intimidated by my experience, training and Certifications. this would be the only way to disqualify someone

what is sioc? have you used update manager? describe drs, vmotion etc? what is evc? have you ever assisted in clustering sql server or other databases? how would you recommend a solution? do you have a preference for hardware?
