Designed by the team that now makes up Arcadis’ expanded architecture and urbanism group, the 4.5-star Loews Coral Gables Hotel in Florida was based on the concept of an urban village. Our team studied the architecture from various regions around the Mediterranean, as well as numerous historic buildings around Coral Gables to create an authentic landmark for the city. At 6.7 acres and featuring 242 rooms, as well as grand and junior ballrooms, full dining and bar venues, a dedicated fitness program and an impressive 15,000 sq ft sky amenity deck, the hotel sets an exciting new benchmark.
