Over the last few months, our Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) team has grown as Leigh Kelly and Amira Sabir joined Megan Cross, Global Head of I&D, to form our complete I&D team (and we couldn't be more excited). Megan shared, "The expansion and investment in our I&D team reflect Kantar's commitment to building an inclusive and diverse organisation, which we take very seriously. I'm excited to be part of a team who will drive positive change to our culture – from growing our Employee Resource Groups to ensuring our recruitment processes are inclusive and equitable." #WeAreKantar
We'd like to wish our colleagues and clients a belated Happy Holi, the festival of Love, Spring and Colour (celebrated on 8th March). Across our South Asian regions, festivities have begun with many of our colleagues commemorating the occasion by expressing their love by throwing Gulal (a traditional coloured powder) and hosting celebration events in their local offices. For those celebrating, we wish you a happy Holi. #Holi #WeAreKantar #LifeAtKantar

At Kantar, our people get two-paid days a year to volunteer as part of our global policy. To many, this means giving their time, free of charge, to impact a charity in need positively. In Madrid, Spain, 18 Kantar volunteers helped a local food bank organise classified food items, helping to support people affected by the economic crisis. The opportunity to volunteer allowed colleagues who may not have direct contact daily to connect and work together to create a positive impact that helped others. #WeAreKantar #LifeAtKantar #Volunteering
