To mark the #InternationalMentoringDay, we are thrilled to share with you our new Global Internal Mentoring Program for our female talents! 🤝🏻 We've carefully chosen more than 40 internal leaders from all our regions to guide and develop our colleagues at RHI Magnesita! Our primary goal is to support the progress and growth of our female employees through an international and cross-company mentorship program. This initiative provides them with the opportunity to receive advice from professionals with diverse experiences and be inspired by different managerial styles. In the end of January, we'll kick off the program alongside Ticiana Kobel, our Global DEI Sponsor, and our three female board members Marie-Helene AMETSREITER, Jann Brown, and Janet Ashdown. The aim is to create an inspiring environment where mentorship thrives, enabling women to excel in their professional journeys.
