However, they soon realized the need to diversify and launched pizzas under a new brand, Oven Story, which became an instant hit. In 2016, the founders took a bold step by shifting to a cloud kitchen model. This cost-efficient approach allowed them to run kitchens in low-cost areas, focusing on online food delivery without physical restaurants. This strategy paved the way for rapid expansion and the creation of multiple brands catering to diverse cuisines, such as Behrouz Biryani, Mandarin Oak for Chinese, and Sweet Truth for desserts.
