Two months ago we launched 'The Value Recognition Program' in order to enhance and encourage people to bring our company core values to life. Through the platform, every Gympasser has four value badges per month so they can use them to recognize their peers who exemplify the Gympass values. Since we launched the recognition program, we’ve had over 460 recognized Gympassers and over 780 badges delivered. Excited to share the launch, for the first-ever, Gympass End of Year Awards!
