Let’s skip the corporate fluff.
We’re looking for someone who can help manage and coordinate build projects without anything slipping through the cracks.
This is not a passive coordination role.
This is not a “just follow up on tasks” role.
This is not a role for someone who needs every detail handed to them.
We need someone who can think critically, stay organized under pressure, and carry real responsibility across multiple moving pieces.
You’ll be working closely with leadership on studio buildouts, design coordination, project execution, 3D design development, and operational follow-through.
Some days will move fast.
Some projects will change direction.
Some vendors and contractors will need pushing.
You’re expected to adapt, stay detail-oriented, and keep things moving.
What you’ll actually be doing:Project Management & Coordination
- Manage studio build and office-related projects from planning through execution
- Coordinate timelines, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Track deliverables, approvals, revisions, and dependencies
- Keep projects organized and moving forward
- Identify issues early before they become larger problems
Design & Build Oversight
- Review layouts, plans, materials, and project details with a strong eye for quality
- Create or support 3D design concepts, visualizations, and space planning layouts
- Help translate ideas into functional and visually polished studio environments
- Support decision-making around studio functionality and aesthetics
- Help ensure builds are executed properly and according to plan
- Maintain clear documentation, notes, and project updates
Workflow & Communication
- Communicate proactively and consistently
- Follow through without needing constant reminders
- Bring structure and organization to fast-moving projects
- Help leadership carry the operational load instead of adding to it
What we’re looking for:
- Strong project management experience
- Experience creating 3D designs, renderings, or space visualizations
- Background in architecture, interiors, construction, studio builds, or related fields
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Someone proactive, resourceful, and reliable
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once
- Ability to operate independently and make good judgment calls
Bonus:
- Experience managing creative studio or office buildouts
- Familiarity with construction workflows or architectural drawings
- Experience with tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Blender, or similar 3D design software
- Experience coordinating contractors and vendors
- Experience working in fast-moving startup environments
Final note:
We can explain workflows.
We can clarify priorities.
But we can’t teach:
- Ownership
- Reliability
- Attention to detail
- Follow-through
This role is for someone who can genuinely carry responsibility and help keep complex projects organized and executed at a high level.
