Hucke Construction is seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team. We primarily specialize in residential and commercial foundation work. This position involves assisting with all aspects of concrete construction, including site preparation, forming, pouring, finishing support, and job site cleanup. Previous concrete experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with foundation excavation and site preparation
• Set and strip concrete forms
• Help place, pour, and finish concrete
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Perform general labor tasks including grading, cleanup, and material handling
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Work effectively with crew members to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements

• Previous concrete or construction experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Pay

Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and performance.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
