Looking for flexible, on-demand work?
We're seeking a Casual Administration Relief team member to support our dealerships across our East Victoria Park and Kalamunda locations. This role is suited to someone who values flexibility, with shifts offered on an ad hoc, as-needed basis to cover leave and busy periods. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary week to week.

About the role
This is not a traditional admin position. You'll step into different areas of the business depending on where support is needed, working across both locations. You may assist with reception and front-of-house support, customer enquiries in our call centre and other administrative areas including finance where applicable.

• Confidence communicating with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
• The ability to pick things up quickly and step into new tasks with minimal direction
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• A calm and professional approach, even when things get busy
• A proactive mindset, you don't wait to be asked, you look for where you can help
• Reliability and flexibility, particularly when it comes to stepping in at short notice
• A team-first attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
• Dealership or automotive experience highly regarded but not essential

Important to understand
This is a casual role with irregular, ad hoc hours. Shifts may be offered at short notice and flexibility to work across both East Victoria Park and Kalamunda is essential.
