• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Support manpower planning and workforce optimization initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
• Coordinate payroll processing and attendance management.
• Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
• Coordinating & Compiling Daily Submission of all reports by the departments heads

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
