• Coordinate between sales, engineering, production, and dispatch departments for order execution.
• Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, order status, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
• Assist the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, pricing, inventory, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product specifications and customer requirements.
• Monitor production timelines and communicate any delays or changes to customers.
• Support procurement and logistics coordination for timely material availability and shipment.
• Generate sales reports, MIS reports, and customer databases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Having good experience in GEM portal

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
