We're hiring a confident, organised, warm Salon Receptionist / Front of House for our South Kensington salon at 27 Thurloe Street SW7 2LQ . If you enjoy a fast-paced, people-focused environment and take pride in great service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greeting every client with a warm, professional welcome at reception
• Managing the booking system — scheduling, rescheduling and confirming appointments
• Answering phone calls and enquiries promptly and helpfully
• Processing payments and handling the till accurately
• Coordinating with stylists and therapists to keep the day running smoothly
• Keeping the reception and front-of-house area tidy and presentable
• Managing client records, preferences and follow-ups
• Handling walk-ins, waitlists and last-minute changes calmly
• Supporting the team with general admin

What We're Looking For

• Previous reception, front-of-house or customer-service experience (salon reception a plus, not essential)
• Excellent communication — friendly, clear, professional on the phone and in person
• Strong organisation and the ability to multitask under pressure
• Comfortable with booking systems, computers and card payment terminals
• Reliable, punctual and genuinely committed
• A positive attitude that adds to a welcoming team
• Right to work in the UK
• Able to commute reliably to South Kensington

What We Offer

• £13–£20 per hour (depending on experience)
• Full-time: Tuesday to Saturday, 9am–6pm
