Store Colleague

Join our team as a Store Colleague and play a key role in hitting sales targets while providing outstanding customer experiences. You’ll help pet owners find exactly what they need, ensuring every interaction builds loyalty and trust.

We are looking for flexible team members to help cover our busiest days from Wednesday through to Sunday, when support is most needed. Our weekday shifts would be between 7:00am and 9:00pm and weekend shifts between 7:00am and 7:15pm; depending if the early or late shift which offers a mix of working patterns across the week and provides flexibility while ensuring excellent service during our busiest periods.

• Deliver exceptional, personalised service to every customer.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays appealing.
• Work collaboratively to maintain smooth store operations.
