Job Responsibilities:

• Purchase materials and products as per company requirements.
• Search for new vendors and maintain relationships with existing vendors.
• Obtain quotations and compare rates from different suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and delivery terms to get the best deal.
• Follow up regularly with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available when required.
• Maintain purchase orders, quotations, and other purchase records.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Accounts, and other departments.
• Ensure all purchase-related documents are properly maintained.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream.
• Experience in Purchase/Procurement will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of vendor handling and material purchasing.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory and stock management.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
