Outpatient Mental Health Practice | Kearney, Nebraska
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dependable professional to support the daily operations of a growing outpatient mental health practice. This position plays an important role in helping the office function efficiently through strong organization, communication, coordination, and operational oversight.
This role can be tailored based on the experience, strengths, and long-term capabilities of the candidate. We are open to individuals who thrive in a strong administrative and coordination role, as well as candidates who bring higher-level operational, leadership, or strategic planning experience.
The position works closely with leadership, billing, therapists, and front office staff to support both the day-to-day needs and long-term operational health of the organization.
Core Responsibilities
Office & Operational Management
- Oversee daily office operations and workflow
- Support front office coordination and organization
- Assist with staff scheduling and operational communication
- Help maintain organized systems and administrative processes
- Support office efficiency and problem-solving
Administrative & Financial Coordination
- Payroll coordination
- Bookkeeping support
- Supply management and office organization
- Bank account and operational financial coordination
- Communication and collaboration with billing department
- Monitoring administrative follow-through and workflow consistency
Systems & Practice Support
- SimplePractice administrative oversight
- Human resources and staff support functions
- Coordination of meetings and staffing communication
- Contract and rental management support
- Property and maintenance coordination

Qualifications
Education Requirement
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
- Preference for degrees in: Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Management, Accounting or Finance or Related fields

Compensation
- Compensation structure will vary based on experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
