Job Title: Software Developer 3 (Laravel & React)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Software Developer 3 with at least 2 years of experience in Laravel and React. The role focuses on developing and maintaining web applications, as well as delivering reliable and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently leading projects, driving technical decisions, and ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and React
• Build and integrate APIs and backend services
• Troubleshoot bugs and improve application performance
• Collaborate with team members to implement new features
• Lead project execution from planning, design, development, testing, to deployment
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical direction
• Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
• Take ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and overall success

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Laravel and React
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with databases (MySQL or similar)
• Familiarity with Git and version control
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to lead projects, make technical decisions, and work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience with Inertia.js and/or Firebase
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Understanding of containerization tools (e.g., Docker)

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
