Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Assistant role based in Pretoria. The Office Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized filing systems (both digital and physical). The role includes operating office equipment, preparing documents, processing mail, and supporting the team with data entry and basic record-keeping. The Office Assistant will also assist with ordering office supplies, coordinating courier services, and ensuring that the reception and office areas are presentable. The position requires proactive support to colleagues, professional communication with clients, and maintaining confidentiality of all financial and client-related information.
