We are seeking a Remote Data Analyst with exceptional analytical skills, strong English communication abilities, and a passion for improving workflows through data‑driven insights.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who can transform raw operational and clinical data into clear reports, visual dashboards, and actionable recommendations. You will support leadership, operations, dispatch, QA, and business development by providing insights that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive organizational performance.
You must be comfortable presenting findings in meetings, explaining trends to non‑technical stakeholders, and collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate reports and visualizations (charts, graphs, KPI summaries) for leadership and operational teams
- Present data insights during internal meetings, explaining trends, variances, and recommendations
- Analyze technician productivity, facility utilization, specimen volumes, and turnaround times
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose data‑driven solutions to streamline operations
- Maintain and improve data pipelines across LIS, CRM, billing, and dispatch systems
- Conduct root‑cause analysis on operational issues and provide actionable insights
- Support QA, compliance, and billing teams with accurate data extracts and reconciliations
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic planning and operational scaling
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows — ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, logistics, or field services
- Excellent English communication skills — reading, writing, and speaking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar software)
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Must be available to work full-time during Pacific Time Zone hours
Pay: Php237.34 - Php296.67 per hour
