The Role
As a Data Validation Specialist, you'll ensure the accuracy and integrity of property records data. You'll compare information across multiple sources, work with official government documents, and make sure every detail is correct.

Responsibilities:

• Compare data in our software application with other databases to validate accuracy
• Validate data using PDF documents of official government records
• Fill in missing data following established procedures and process flows
• Standardize data to ensure consistency and reliability
• Maintain data integrity through meticulous attention to detail
• Communicate issues and flag discrepancies to the team

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 2 years of experience in data validation or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to compare and match data effectively
• Proficiency working with PDF documents and extracting relevant information
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
• Familiarity with government documents and their non-standardized formats
• Ability to follow procedures and process flow requirements accurately
• Personal computer with dual monitors and high-speed internet connection
• Availability for regular video meetings in a quiet environment

Preferred:

• Experience with legal, real estate, or title-related documents
• Background in BPO, legal support, or document processing
• Familiarity with property records or real estate terminology

Salary
