This role is for a DevOps Engineer responsible for supporting Salesforce release and deployment activities across multiple environments, including development, QA, UAT, staging, and production. The position focuses on executing deployments, maintaining version control using Git, reviewing code and metadata changes, and ensuring smooth and reliable release cycles. Responsibilities also include validating test coverage, troubleshooting deployment issues, managing sandbox environments, and documenting processes to maintain consistency and compliance with internal standards. The role operates in a hybrid model with onsite presence required every other week. The position requires 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, release engineering, or similar roles, along with hands-on experience using Git and participating in peer review processes. Strong problem-solving skills are needed to diagnose deployment and metadata issues, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across development, QA, and release teams. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and SonarQube is important, along with exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and familiarity with Linux environments. Salesforce experience is preferred but not required, and experience with tools like Flosum or code quality platforms is considered a plus.
