Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Technical Project Manager to lead software and AI-driven projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience in software development, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage teams, clients, timelines, and project execution effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who has transitioned from development into project leadership and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage software development projects from initiation to successful delivery
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders
• Plan and manage project timelines, sprint cycles, and deliverables
• Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates
• Track tasks, priorities, and team progress using Jira or similar tools
• Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively
• Ensure high-quality delivery while meeting deadlines and business expectations
• Support and guide development teams with technical understanding when required
• Improve team productivity using modern AI tools and workflows
• Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication across projects

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in software development, technical project management, or delivery management
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies and software development workflows
• Familiarity with: React.js, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Firebase, MySQL/PostgreSQL, AWS and deployment processes
• Strong familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Gemini, and AI-assisted development workflows
• Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
• Experience handling client communication and remote teams
• Familiarity with Git/version control workflows

Preferred Qualifications

– Experience working in startups, software agencies, or fast-paced product environments
– Exposure to AI integrations, LLMs, prompt engineering, LangChain, or RAG concepts
– Scrum Master, PMP, or other project management certifications
– Experience managing distributed or remote development teams
– Understanding of software deployment and release processes
