Due to continued expansion we are recruiting for an additional General Office Worker/Admin Assistant.
Our office is a busy working environment, and we require an individual with a good work ethic and hands on approach.
Previous office experience is essential.
The ability to work well within a team as well as on your own is an advantage.
Main duties will involve; Credit Control and Purchase Ledger along with other General Office Duties.

Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with data entry tasks using computerised systems
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and good phone etiquette
- Support administrative tasks as needed
- Organise office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Utilise Google Suite for email communication and document management
Skills
- Strong organisational skills to manage various tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in office procedures and clerical duties
- Computer literacy with the ability to use software for data entry
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Good phone etiquette when handling incoming calls
- Knowledge of Google Suite for email communication and document management
