I can only speak for my experience in the Mobility team, where it got worse over the years since I started in 2020, and it got to a point where there was no team work whatsoever, my team was heavily reduced and the only person that was left only cared about themselves and was very unethical on several occasions, and they simply got away since they were son of a GM, and the other lady of Procurement was that kind of person that won't help you and won't take an opportunity to let you drown in excessive workload, act condescendenly, interrupt you in meetings, make you look like a fool because she has a golden ticket due to time in the company and being under the umbrella of a director. I surived three layoffs in this company, I had one of the best month's results, I was consistently meeting the company goals and even beyond, but I couldn't survive a toxic environment, with toxic teammates that never missed an opportunity of making my life worse there, as well as making sure you are completely isolated with an excessive workload.
