Contras

Como os time ainda não são muito grandes, ainda não há espaço pra áreas mais específicas. Por exemplo, não existem vagas para data science, product management, ou vagas específicas pra frontend, backend, devops etc.

- Salary and Benefits: One of the undeniable perks of working at this company was the competitive salary and benefits package. It certainly made the job more attractive. - Friendly and Supportive Colleagues: The people were generally friendly and willing to help, fostering a positive work environment. - Flexible Working Hours: Having flexible working hours allowed for some degree of work-life balance in some cases. - Feedback: The feedback process was commendable and contributed to personal and professional growth, although at times it felt excessively intrusive.

Contras

- Dissonance in Company Promises: The most glaring issue was the disconnect between what was promised during the hiring process and what actually transpired on a day-to-day basis. There was a significant gap between the company's sales pitch and the reality of working there. - Inconsistent Work-Life Balance: Work-life balance was a constant struggle, but it was heavily dependent on which team you were on and how close you were to certain unofficial decision-makers within the organization. - Personal Bias Hindering Objectivity: A significant problem within the company was the presence of personal bias, which often interfered with objective decision-making. It was clear that not all voices carried equal weight, which created a less-than-ideal working environment. - Lack of Business and Strategic Expertise: While the management team was strong in technical and engineering knowledge, their lack of business and strategic experience was evident. This hindered the company's ability to thrive in the market, especially during times of employee downsizing.
