Prós

Conheço a Vinta desde que faziam meetings no escritório antes de serem remotos e a minha impressão de quando era apenas uma visitante quanto quem trabalha nela se mantém. Um ambiente mais voltado a pessoas do que processos onde busca equilibrar a vida profissional da pessoal dos colaboradores e que tem objetivos claros de crescimento e como podemos impactar no desenvolvimento da empresa. Todo processo seletivo foi super tranquilo e onboarding também, usamos uma ferramenta bem legal para interação dos colaboradores de forma remota o Gather e também há uma forte identidade de quem somos não como "marca" mas que compartilhamos objetivos e somamos pela cultura da empresa também.

Contras

A faixa salarial é fixa de acordo com o perfil identificado durante a seleção, é um salário justo mas não existe um "barganhar" por um salário melhor na entrada e sim no caso de vc se enquadrar em um determinado nível que represente outra faixa ex: Sênior 1, 2 e 3

It certainly made the job more attractive. - Friendly and Supportive Colleagues: The people were generally friendly and willing to help, fostering a positive work environment. - Flexible Working Hours: Having flexible working hours allowed for some degree of work-life balance in some cases. - Feedback: The feedback process was commendable and contributed to personal and professional growth, although at times it felt excessively intrusive.

- Dissonance in Company Promises: The most glaring issue was the disconnect between what was promised during the hiring process and what actually transpired on a day-to-day basis. There was a significant gap between the company's sales pitch and the reality of working there. - Inconsistent Work-Life Balance: Work-life balance was a constant struggle, but it was heavily dependent on which team you were on and how close you were to certain unofficial decision-makers within the organization. - Personal Bias Hindering Objectivity: A significant problem within the company was the presence of personal bias, which often interfered with objective decision-making. It was clear that not all voices carried equal weight, which created a less-than-ideal working environment. - Lack of Business and Strategic Expertise: While the management team was strong in technical and engineering knowledge, their lack of business and strategic experience was evident. This hindered the company's ability to thrive in the market, especially during times of employee downsizing.
