The first stage was the submission of a CV, this was then followed by personality and aptitude tests. Those successful in this stage will then have an interview with HR, and the final stage is an interview with the department manager.
Same as a normal job interview, questions asked about work experience and skills. They ask competence based questions about your career experience. Formal process. No trick questions. Friendly interviewer and approachable.

I applied through third party, the process was fast, I got invited for the interview immediately. During the interview process, the interview asked about my previous emplyment and current employment. The interviewer also very friendly and helpful, they explain in details about the job.
